Serendipity A “serendipity” is a pleasant surprise. Churches that have begun well-planned, well -done small groups ministries have experienced serendipity beyond what they hoped to have happen with groups: A) Deeper fellowship- Foyer talk and basket supper chatter seems superficial once people start sharing the Lord in their lives with a few others B) Power of Christian hospitality- Far from too few places to meet, Christian people discover they do love knowing people and want them to “come over” C) Leadership Development- Leaders grow and new leaders emerge through group ministries. Equipping happens on a personal level. Stay tuned for more later & come see the video tonight!
